## What we sell

A sarong (also called a pareo, pareu, lava-lava, or wrap) is a rectangle of
lightweight fabric worn wrapped around the body. It works as a skirt, a dress,
a halter, a beach cover-up, a shawl, a men's wrap, or a scarf. One garment,
many ways to wear it.

Materials we stock: rayon, cotton, chiffon, and traditional Indonesian batik.
Standard adult sarong size is approximately 66 x 44 inches. Plus size,
half/short, and kids sizes are also stocked.

sarongs are for hip wraps rather than full-body wear.

**How do I wash a sarong?** Hand wash cold or machine wash on a gentle cycle,
hang to dry. Rayon sarongs should not be tumble dried.

**Do men wear sarongs?** Yes. Men's sarongs are a stocked category with solids,
batik, tribal prints, and the Fijian-style sulu. Men's sarongs are generally cut
longer than women's.
