Orders are in U.S. currency and are completely secure. After you've filled out our online order form and we have received it, we then confirm payment, assemble your order, package it, prepare it for shipment and finally get it out the door to you.

>Payment Methods:

1WorldSarongs.com accepts credit cards, debit/check cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Optima, PayPal, and Money Orders. Sorry, no Personal Checks. It may take up to five business days to verify funds for money orders. Orders are processed when funds are verified.

To pay by credit card simply enter your credit card information in the “Method of Payment” section of the order form. All transactions are secure and encrypted (scrambled and coded). If you feel more comfortable ordering over the phone give us a call toll free at 888 727 6647.

International orders MAY require a minimum order of $25.00 dollars and in some cases payment may need to be made in advance. We reserve the right to accept or deny any order based upon our sole discretion.

Credit card customers will be billed upon shipping of order. All credit cards are deleted upon completion of transaction and are not held on record. Fraud and abuse of credit cards will be reported fully to the appropriate government and private agencies.

>Product Availability:

Most products on this site are available, however occasionally we'll run out of a given product in which case we'll contact you either via e-mail or phone. If the product is only temporarily out-of-stock we'll give you the option of putting the order on back-order.

Products must be received in "New" condition within 90 days after date of delivery in order to qualify for our return policy.

*Clothing returns such as skirts, dresses, and shirts must be received within 90 days of receipt of order. Stained, soiled or worn clothing is not eligible for return or exchange.

International and some oversea customer returns are eligible for credit only and are responsible for shipping both ways. Regardless of liability or fault to 1 World Sarongs.

>Fabric Care:

We recommend hand washing fabrics in cold water and hanging on a line to dry. Some color bleeding may occur the first time in a wash. Many customers report that they have no problem using a machine wash on cold water and a dryer on permanent press. As you probably already know, if you really want your item to last, it's best to hand wash and line dry. Also be aware excess wax can be left on the product as a result of the batik process. The wax is harmless and will be removed after washing. Please let us know if you have any questions about how to care for your fabric.

>Sandal Care:

Results of Our Road tests are as follows:

1) Sandals

Sandals with Rope or Cane ( Rattan) features: ( Ex: FW-Denim-Thong or FW-WAVE-SNDL)

Scrub gently with soft brush, rinse well, stand up in sun immediately after washing. Submerging/soaking in water not recommended.

Embroidered/Sequinned Satin Sandals ( FW-EMB-SATIN)

Uppers: Scrub gently with soft brush, rinse well set to dry in shade.

Vinyl lowers : Wipe with damp cloth

Submerging/ Soaking in water not recommended
