Also please include your Name, Phone Number, Order #, and Reason for your return (so we can improve on our service) We credit for merchandise only (shipping charges are excluded) Also, please note if you are doing an exchange we will be charging a flat rate charge of $2.95 for shipping back to you. A 10-20% re-stocking fee may apply. Returned products must be received within 30 calendar days. Please contact customerservice@1worldsarongs.com for RMA authorization.
Products must be received in "New" condition within 30 days after date of delivery in order to qualify for our return policy.
*Clothing returns such as skirts, dresses, and shirts must be received within 30 days of receipt of order. Stained, soiled or worn clothing is not eligible for return or exchange.
International and some oversea customer returns are eligible for a credit only and are responsible for shipping both ways. Regardless of liability or fault to 1 World Sarongs.
If an order is returned that qualified for free shipping a shipping charge will be added. This is the amount we paid to ship the order.
